Display the caller's company

Hi guys!

I switched to the Note 10+ from Huawei. I use Note 10+ for business and I am missing one option I had with the Huawei phone. When someone calls me, the cell phone only displays the first and last name, even though I also entered the company name in the phonebook. I have a lot of clients and sometimes just first and last name means nothing to me if I don’t know the company name.

Please, does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem.

How did you create the contact as a business, if u can show a screenshot just block personal information in the contact app.

The only thing I can think of is to pull up their contact profile and look for the desired information

Maybe add their company logo as their contact picture & then it should appear on the call screen. Could be a little time consuming but should work.

I did the following test on my Note 10+: if the Company field (found under the Work categorie) is filled correctly, then when a call comes in from a contact in your phonebook, a few of its details will show under its name, one after the other, and between them is also the person's Job name and Company name.
My phone is still on Android 9 and I set the Caller ID and spam protection setting to On, on the original Samsung Phone app.
