Displaying the year of the date in the clock widget in Huawei mate 8

Currently, the year is not being displayed in the clock widget on the screen. How can you do customization of displaying the year of the date? for example I want to display it as follows : name of the day, day, month and the year. For example Fri 19 Feb 2016, using the following format : ddd dd MMM yyyy

Is there any way to display the year?
