Hi all,
I am now on my 6th Galaxy S5 due to various sensor/build quality faults/issues. Finally I got a handset that is fine, however it seems that today I may have found another problem
I do not want to exchange it again if it is a product 'characteristic' if you like, and was wondering if you guys can help.
At full volume you can here a bit of distortion/crackling from the ear piece speaker on certain pitches of the voice on the other end (NOT the loud speaker at the back of the phone).
I don't have anything to compare it with and my Galaxy S4 doesn't do this (only ever so slightly, if anything).
If I reduce the volume it is greatly reduced but is still present.
Does anyone else have this. Can they test theres at full volume and test it out for me please?
TIA
