No you need to root, install clockwork then flash the rom.

There sort of is a one step package you can flash in Odin available on the XDA forums, but if you're a beginner I'd recommend doing it the old-fashioned way to get your feet wet. It would benefit you to get comfortable with Clockworkmod Recovery, backups and flashing. You would definitely lose data with the one step as well.
