Dlna freezing

Is anyone else having this problem it seems everytime i use dlna on my xbox 360 and listen to music it will get into about a min into song and then the sound will cut off but on the xbox the track keeps going that is the song track time keeps going i can usually back out and restart the song and it will play the whole song but just a weird deal i have ran into and it probably is something simple that i just dont know so if any one has any answers please let me know.

DLNA has been doing that since the DROID X. Why they wont address it beats the hell out of me!
