DLNA Nearby devices grayed out

Ive searched and searched for a way to reset the grayed out file sharing button. I read that I need to go into app manager and clear data for nearby devices, but in my app manager under ALL theres no nearby devices listed. Is it named something else or how can I get it back working

try reinstalling or re-enabling AllShare
AllShare ControlShare Service , AllShareFileShare Service
