DMClient keeps trying to download updates, it never seems to finish it draws the batterydown

I force stop and it stop for a while then later keeps trying to download updates to my Kyocera Shaphire Duraforce

Clear cache, clear data, then force stop.

How did you kill DMClient? I can't find the option.
