Do android phones need apps

I have an lgk8 no contract us cellular phone .do i really need apps like clean master to keep my phone safe and running right .I also have a WiFi cleaner and speed tester all in one .are these items a waste of money and time?

yeah bro what you said absolutely right..You can clean the cache files through your phone so you don't need clean master or any other apps...
