Do any of the stores have the Defender in the store yet?

I was wondering if anyone has actually seen the Note 8 Defender in stores yet? Best Buy doesn't have it in stock at any stores in the region around here yet.

My S8 Plus Defender I got at Best Buy over two weeks before the phones release.

Has anyone seen it at Sams yet?

Amazon usually charges full MSRP the first month or so the phone is out then lowers the price.

Otterbox Defender knock off for $15

Just saw this on Amazon. Versus paying full MSRP for the Otterbox Defender at launch, is this a good roll of the dice?

Man I just looked at it and it looks like a total clone of the defender. I might get one to try out too, I bet Otter Box is not happy to see this for $15.00 instead of 60.

Some Defender clones are pretty decent. This one looks okay. Still debating it. S8 clone I saw a review on youtube for a similar case and it isn't bad.

I think I'll just stick to my Otter Box and pass on the clones.

I ordered it from the UAG website. I've been checking the site for the last few days and wasn't able to order it just had coming soon on it. It's still back ordered it says ships in two weeks but now it can be ordered.

I purchased the Defender case for my friend's S7E from an online site, but he needed a temporary case until the Defender case arrived. Off we went to our local flea market and he bought one of those knock off Defender cases and I kid you not, he's been using that knock off case for almost a year. Never used the Otter box Defender case I bought.
The look and feel is so identical to the OEM Defender that we're convinced they may be Otter box "seconds". Only thing missing was the logo. So yeah, there are some quality knockoff cases out there.

I bought one for my S7 when I had it. It had a couple slightly diffrent things to it I guess in order to avoid patent infringements. but otherwise pretty close. The quality was close to Otterbox and the built in screen protector was a lot more tight fitting as well.

Sams doesn't have any cases for the Note 8 yet. I might pull the trigger and order the imitation one.

Cool. I might have to give them a call. But if I wait a few weeks I can get it a lot cheaper on amazon and price match it at best buy. Sams also has them a lot cheaper when they get them in.
