Do any of you also use the HTC company sponsored forum?

I am a new (two day) owner of an HTC One I purchased at Costco. I am coming from a Motorolla Atrix. I having been trying to visit the HTC Community forums for two days now and consistently get a "server error" just after I select their link to their Community Forums.

Do their Community Forums exist? Not a good first impression for a new owner of one of their products.
