I want to learn how to build a cwm bc i want to start a recovery for this phone bc nobody didnt start it yet the zte warp 4g lte for boostmobile

First step - learn computer programming. That will take you a few years, at least. If you're not willing to put in that much effort, you won't be able to do it.
