Do I have a defective battery?

Ive had my gs4 since it came out, and the battery life was never very good. I just thought it was normal. I have most features except data and wifi off, and while browsing the internet I can easily burn through 5% in 10 minutes. Right now, im down to 35% with 1.5 hrs of screen on time. This is mostly from internet browsing. Does this sound abnormal? I will post a picture of my battery usage in a second.

I also am using DU battery saver and it helps a little bit.

Not sure if u are having this issue but my battery was draining really fast as well until I discovered my Lookout Security application was the issue. Check to see if that app is taking majority of your battery percentage... If so delete it. I am only at 76 percent right now and I have been using my phone since 6am

In my experience, most if not all battery savers actually drain your battery even faster.
