Do i have malware?

there is a yellow circle on my screen (only homescreen) and when i click on it i get a "win a blablablabla" popup

I have no idea how i got it or how to get rid of it please help

Everytime i press the little cross in the top right corner it goes away and it comes back after some time most off the time after a day

Welcome to the forums. For most people this problem seems related to TouchPal. If you have this app installed, disable it temporarily and see if that icon disappears.
