Do I just get a replacement phone?

I have multiple symptoms with no clear root cause. Several apps won't open Facebook, gallery, camera, maybe more haven't tested them all. Random apps won't download. Including ones I have never installed. I have tried all the suggestions from previous posts short of rooting the phone which is a RAZR Maxx running 4.1.2.
Attempted fixes are:
-Factory data reset (4 times)
-Clearing the cache I partition, twice
-Clearing cache and data in the market app and problem apps.

Everything is a temporary fix. Problems always return. Thinking new phone.

After a factory reset, did you let Google restore your backup/apps? If so, that may be where to problem is. If not, I would agree it is time for a new phone.

I tried it without the back up. That didn't work either. Looks like a new phone.
