The three things that it's updating I don't even use. ( Fingerprint sensor, power Master app, and pattern screen lock.)

I'd check the Zentalk forums to see if anyone is having any issues with the update. If not, then go ahead and do it -- they often throw in a few other bugfixes with each update. In addition, it probably also contains a more recent Android security patch.
