Which phone? "CM" often refers to Clean Master or its developer, Cheetah Mobile. If you've installed any apps from Cheetah, uninstall them in the standard way -- they're not worth it, and Cheetah is known for doing some shady stuff. If your phone came with Clean Master or some other Cheetah Mobile app preinstalled, then you can probably only Disable it in the Settings>Apps​ menu (unless you're rooted).

I can't find details about the S7 Active, but it does look like the S7 (or at least some variants of it) incorporates Clean Master into its system, as part of its device maintenance software (which bugs the heck out of me:-\). So you might not find an actual "Clean Master" app in your app list, since it might be called "Device Maintenance" or something similar.
