Do I need to replace my battery on my Galaxy S4?

Battery drainage (wierd) GALAXY S4

Hello there,

My girlfriend has the Galaxy s4 same as me for the past year or so. She recently droped it in the water after which she dried it (not so efficently might i add).
The phone still worked properly in every way and still does, but the battery wont charge at all. It recognises the usb or AC directly and everything seems in orded but the batter life keeps declining, wheter its plugged in or not. We changed the baterry aswell as the cabels and chargers...so the problem couldnt be with the hardware contact or?

Have you tried using a different outlet or computer to charge the phone? Sometimes the battery will charge very slowly but register like it isn't charging. Were the batteries you tried brand new or used?

Also - try her battery in your phone and see what happens.
