Do Not Disturb Indicator Missing

Lately, I've noticed that when I turn on the "Do Not Disturb" feature, on my Note 8, the indicator is no longer at the top of my screen.

This is very annoying, as I have forgotten to turn that feature off, and have missed calls & texts.

Has anyone else ran into this? We're you able to fix it?

Mine works. I am surprised that you even see that tiny symbol as I would never remember to take it off because of that symbol.lol Why don't you set up the schedule for how long you want it on? I just ask Bixby to set do not disturb for say 2 hours and she takes me to the settings where I can enter that. Or you can get the Do Not Disturb app.

I am running into this same issue. Not only was it up in the notification area but on my Always On Display. If I bring down the notification draw it is there as a setting but when I turn it on it won't show up.

Now it is gone. Not sure why.

I tried setting do not disturb and it is working fine on my home screen and AOD screen. Mind you I never knew what the circle and dash inside meant before lol.

Strange.

I even did a factory reset and it still doesn't show up.

Have you tried using Bixby to ask "Bixby turn on do not disturb" and see what happens?

Funny now that you mention it... My notification is missing to... Mine automatically turns off at 5am though so I dont forget!

Okay, here are the settings if folks want to compare:
Settings, Sound and Vibration, scroll down to Do Not Disturb and press that cos it goes to another screen:

Mine looks like this. With it turned on, there should be an icon in the notification area and on the AOD.

Never mind.

I found the answer on the XDA forums.

I needed to reset my app permissions and it started working again.
