Do reward cards work?

Both of my credit cards that earn rewards for hotels aren't supported. One is by Chase and one is by Comenity. I guess those aren't supported. Only my PNC debit card works and I don't really want to use that for a lot of purchases. I wonder if these will ever work.

I don't think the branded ones work like if it was a Hilton credit card. That is what I am wondering if there is any hope.
