Do the clock speeds of pixel and pixel xl differ?

I was watching the pixel release / keynote / announcement thing yesterday and I noticed that the clock speeds were given 2.16/2.15. Is that right? Does the pixel run at a lower clock than its older twin?

They're the same internal except battery / screen.
