Re: galaxy s6

Just get a Chromecast dongle and you will be able to cast your screen to your TV wirelessly.

Re: galaxy s6

Compatible with Chromecast?
Why wouldn't it be?
Because Google doesn't enable Chromecast for screen mirroring from all devices by default. Only a certain list. I don't know if the GS6 is on the list or not. You need screen mirroring to have HDMI like functionality.

Since the S4 is compatible with screen mirroring, I'm sure they'll get the S6 on that list.

Re: galaxy s6

Is this a standard MHL adaptor like an HTC One uses? Or is this a special Samsung adaptor I am looking for? A link perhaps? Thanks.

Re: galaxy s6

That cable at the Samsung site does not list the S6 as compatible. Only S3 thru S5. Dont know if that means it does not work or if they have not updated the site yet.

I have tried multiple MHL Adapters, including the Samsung HDTV Adapter (ET-H10FAUWEGWW), on the S6 and it currently is not supported. Looks like for an S6, Chromecast may be the better option at this time.
