S Health Pedometer and Exercise mate
I did a 30 minute timed run with the exercise mate and it showed a calorie burn of about 360. The pedometer also counted my steps during the run, about 4400, and showed a calorie burn of about 450. Did the apps double count the steps and I need to pause the pedometer when using the exercise app or is that calorie burn accurate and the exercise app just counts the extra calories burned because I was running?
