Do you get used to just a touch screen?

i hardly use the keyboard at all. Voice recognition works great for me.

i, too, came from qwerty keyboard devices being a BB user for a while and i hated touchscreen phones ever since i destroyed my voyager.

its very easy to adjust to a touchscreen with the droid, and not soon after, i was already using swype. it's an amazing feature and makes texting with touchscreen 1000x easier

and when i say 1000x easier, i am not exaggerating

It takes some time. I came from a Nokia E71x. The keys on the E71x are smaller than the touch buttons on the X. I still muck it up from time to time, but I'm getting better. The Droid 2 may have been better for me with the hard keyboard, but I love the X.
