Do you guys flash your SD cards after you root?

I'm very organized and anal-retentive, and borderline OCD. Exploring my SD card into my personal data (parent) directory, and seeing a folder for every app on my phone burns me up. So if I root, save my backups and data, flash and restore, I could clean it up.

But is that pointless? Every time I install an app, it's just going to create a directroy again, right? Why can't there be an AppData directory that houses all of these?

Ya and you have a 32 gig sd card so i wouldnt worry about it.

I delete folders for apps i have since uninstalled, however.
