Do you have experience with smart lights?

So I've wanted to get some Philips Hue lights for quite a while, but couldn't spend the $200 for 3 bulbs. I found some somewhat generic looking Bluetooth LED bulbs (iLuv Rainbow 7) for $30 each. There weren't any reviews for these particular ones. Anyway, does anybody here have those, or similar genericish bulbs like them?
