do you need an android device to use the moto 360

I do not have an Android device, but recently purchased the Moto 360 smart watch. What should I do?

Welcome to Android Central! Android Wear watches currently all require an Android phone to set up and connect to. If you want to take advantage of the Moto 360 and don't use Android phones, then consider buying a cheap Android phone like the Moto E and use it as a wi-fi only device. You should be able to set up the watch that way.

I've seen you post multiple times on the S6 forum complaining you've got tons of issues with the phone, did you get rid of it?
