I don't and no one should. Read what someone who wrote part of Android has to say about it:

Multitasking the Android Way

Let Android handle its own memory.

(AFAIC, anyone who writes an app like that demonstrates that he doesn't actually understand the differences between Windows and Android, so I wouldn't use any apps by that developer.)

I'd only use it to delete or freeze apps. The task killer feature is counterproductive.
