Ive been giving dock clock a try, I have checked the box in settings to rotate or orbit the time around the screen, but dont think its working, will time staying in one place burn the screen ?

It should...eventually...I used a static clock all night long on both my S3 and S4 and never saw any screen burn in from it. I switched to Dock Clock as well, about a month ago, and am happy to have mitigated the risk by using the orbit feature. It's working fine for me...note that it doesn't move continuously...it moves every minute or so, I think. You can even tap the clock and press the circular arrow to see a preview, at high speed, of the orbit...
