Bent over my sump pump pit this morning and forgot I had my phone in my shirt pocket. You can guess where it ended up. Well I fished it out, wiped it off and no issues. Unbelievable !!!!!

STOP! If it went totally under there's water inside that may cause problems later. I'd take it apart and use a vacuum to suck moisture out (not a hair dryer at least at first--it can blow water into remote places). Then put it in a sealed bowl of rice overnight to absorb the rest. Took me 3 nightly rice treatments before I stopped seeing water under the screen.
