Has anyone received the wrong color bands? My wife has TWICE ordered the green band and TWICE received tan! Moto hasn't even refunded the amount for the first one. The packing slip states green but online it has been changes to reflect the tan that was shipped.

That's unfortunate. I would hope they offer something to you for this inconvenience. Keep us posted.

It's only gotten worse! She got a return label for the first one and shipped it back. Still no refund. The second band came the wrong color and she's tried to get another label to send it back but has literally been given the run around. They are asking for an RMA# before they will give her a label. Seems like it should happen all at once.

Not good at all.
