Does a plastic/non glass screen protector work well with the spigen ultra hybrid case for an s8?

I have seen some reviewers say that most glass screen protectors will pop off when putting on a spigen ultra hybrid case for the samsung galaxy s8, is this the same situation for a plastic/non glass screen protector ?

there are a couple good poly screen protectors that are cut for cases. the ones I've used from best skins ever work really well but the application has to be spot-on. also, it helps to do it in a well-steamed bathroom and to moisten your fingertips to avoid lint getting caught on the sticky side. if you do notice it, you can peel it off, wash it, and reapply.

oh, and order at least two, as they are cheap and you will feel better for it when you realize you did everything exactly right but the next morning there is a dog hair you missed under the screen protector.

I do not think he was referring to polyurethane skins.
