Does a translation app come with generic message

There is a message from woman in history box of s translator saying havent heard from you in few days would tht message b pre-installed with app or have to be sent by someone to someone

It depends on which app you're using. Some do come with pre-listed common phrases (usually on a Phrasebook section), but if it's in the history, then that bit of text should have been translated by someone using the app.
