Does an app with this functionality exist?

I need an app which will speak items from a user-generated list, one at a time, in response to voice commands such as "next", "repeat", "back". Does anyone know of an app which can do this?

I've never heard of any such app on any operating system. But one could be built. (It wouldn't be trivial, but it could be done.)
