Does Android 10 fix bluetooth notification issues?

When Pie came out, it broke notifications, so that when you're connected to a device on bluetooth, the notification sounds only come through that bluetooth device instead of also coming out of the phone speakers. Does Android 10 fix this issue?

Oreo didn't have them coming out of all Bluetooth devices either. It depends on the Bluetooth device. My speaker and one of my headsets always tone (on 8, on 9 and on 10). My car headunit and my other headset never have.
