i email ankle other day about this car charger for s25 plus they email me back saying
Thank you for reaching out to us.

We sincerely apologize, but we have not yet tested the compatibility of our car chargers with the S25 phone. As a result, we cannot guarantee whether there might be any charging issues.

Thank you for your time.<-when i mention if does super fast charge or not
i was thinking this i don't know

i thought about a lisen or ainope so when car charger car it will do super fast charger however my brother think i shouldn't get one and get something like anker but after email they sent me i don't know if i should get anker or not my local cell store has an anker i don't think its this one

what do you guys think i should do i look into meagoes i don't know why i'm having such a hard time figure out what car charger to get s20 plus was simple verixon get at store i hate that s25 doesn't have car charger at all

lisen told email saying Both of these car chargers can achieve super fast charging mode, output can be up to 25W. <-whatever that means on following

Car Charger USB C Fast Charging for iPhone 16 15,LISEN 65W

Super Fast Samsung Galaxy Car Charger,LISEN USB C 96W Super Fast Car Charger

then claim that If you need a super fast charging 2.0 version, you can consider purchasing our 140W car charger

i did email aniope about this does suppert 25

AINOPE 90W Super Fast Car Charger

however maybe this should be easy to get

AINOPE 90W Super Fast Car Charger, Invisible USB C 45W Car Charger Fast Charging Type C, <-despite it seems tiny

How are you doing, good I hope. It sounds like you are basically asking which charger will give you fast charging in your car.

The charger you've shown in your post will give you fast charging with the S25. The S25 Ultra can handle up to 45 watts fast wired charging. So where they said 25W for the one charger, that is 25 watts which was the fast charging standard just a year or 2 ago.

The charger you've picked is a 65 watt charger, so it is a higher capacity than you would need to max out the charging capabilities of the S25, which is OK because the device and the battery regulate how much power is accepted during charging.

I want to give an example of how charging works because it is probably different than you think.
We'll use the S25's 45 watt charging for the example. If the charge of device is low, like around 10%, when the charger is plugged in it will begin charging at 45W, it's max capacity. It will charge this way until the device reaches roughly 50% battery, and then it will reduce the charge to 30W let's say. This is why you may see manufacturers claim 50% in 10 to 20 minutes or something like that because it is only this early charging stage where the wattage is maximized and really charging fast. After 50% the wattage is reduced and charging slows down a little. Where you went from 10% to 50% in 20 minutes, it might take 20 minutes to get from 50% to 75%. Then the wattage drops again, to 20 watts let's say. Then it may take 10 minutes to go from 75% to 90% and the wattage will drop again to 10 watts let's say. Then from 90% to 97% might take 5 minutes at that 10 watts. Then another 5 minutes at 6 watts to get from 97% to 100%. These are obviously not actual numbers and just used for reference but this is how charging works. A whole lot of power early in the charging cycle, then slightly less and slightly less until fully charged. If you put the device on the charger at 50% it will never fast charge at the maximum wattage. It will probably start out at 25 watts. Only at very low battery percentage will the device try to use the maximum wattage capacity.

The reason charging works this way is to protect the device's battery and prevent overheating.

Sorry for the sideline, back to your question. There really is very little doubt that any charger you pick will not be compatible with the S25. This is nature of things, chargers are made to be as compatible as possible with as many different devices as possible and again charging is mostly controlled by the device more than the charger. If your device can accept 45W you'll want a charger that can deliver at least 45W. If you pick a 65W charger that's OK, the device will regulate the charge and only use 45W when the battery is low enough to do so safely. Plus having a higher capacity charger just means that in the future when you get a device that can accept more wattage you'll be ready. For the most part the only things to consider when it comes to chargers is wattage, enough to meet at least the maximum the device is capable of using. Faith in the brand of charger, do you believe this is a quality charger, will it last and work in the environment it will be used in. And maybe not for everyone but at least for me, cost, I don't want to over pay but I also want to balance this out with quality. In many things you do often end up getting what you pay for.

Let us know if this answers your question.

I'd assume that Anker doesn't have it list yet because it's a newer device and will update their website at some point. If something charges the S24 it should also charge the S25.

You are waaay over-thinking this.

As noted, the only thing that really matters is if you want the fastest charging you can get for that phone. And as long as it's a 45w charger, you'll be fine.

My current phone is an S24+, and I'm using a car charger that I originally bought for an S8 almost 8 years ago. Trust me, that charger didn't list support for any S24 phone. At the time, amperage was what mattered. Mine was 2.5 amps and that worked. Still works. Even on the S24+ running Google Maps or Waze in navigation mode (screen fully lit - sometimes for up to 7 hour drive), the charger can stay ahead of the drain and keep the phone at 100%.

Just stick with a known manufacturer and get the Anker. You'll be fine.

I believe none of the current Anker USB C car chargers support Samsung's Super Fast Charging 2.0. Anker still only supports Super Fast Charging which is slightly slower. This is due to the Anker not supporting Programmable Power Supply (PPS) in these car chargers. If you want the full higher speed Super Fast Charging 2.0 this Spigen model supports it in one of the USB C ports.
