Does anybody know how to enable accessibility in iNoty app on LENOVO A328?

Welcome to Android Central! What exactly are you trying to do with accessibility settings? If there are no accessibility settings in the iNoty app's own settings, then try emailing the developer: ilauncher@outlook.com

Actually I think the main problem is on the LENOVO A328 because i cant see any services in accessibility like talkback and inoty which is downloaded already on my phone. I attached the picture with this message. Is there any other way to turn on accessibility on a certain app without going to settings? Thank you for your help!

Sorry, I'm not aware of a way. Something like that ought to be built into the app's settings, if it's available.
