I'd be most interested in seeing screenshots of the temperature graph.
Here's mine during regular usage. I believe this has been the warmest samsung that I have used to date. I also use cpu monitor if anyone wants to compare those.

I had to "Force Stop", "Clear Cache" and "Clear Data" just to start a new damned graph... what a PITA!!! I could not, for the life of me, get rid of that 11d, 14h, 32m from my graph - I hit refresh, I tried to change the MENU choices at "Since Last Unplugged", "Since Last Full Charge", "Since Screen Off" and "Since Now" - no difference!!! I'll shoot you some new screenshots tomorrow at +/-24hrs!

O.K., here you go, though I wasn't on very much - just had surgery... been sitting on the couch with my Microsoft SurfacePro and napping, mostly!



It's funny, the CPU data is already on this graph if you look at them both - it's the thin blue and green line at the top edge of the light blue shaded area! Thin blue is normal, thin green is negative utilization (while charging)!
