Look at the top of my screen it has double icon

Which phone is that? Does that persist after a reboot? It's worth wiping the cache partition, but we need to know which phone it is first.

Are you running any modules? When did this start happening?

It started happening several days ago sorry I'm new to android I don't know what you mean by modules I did what he said above I wiped the cache and it didn't do anything I restarted the phone several times nothing it does it all the time unless I'm in an app or the Internet browser

If you don't mind setting your homescreens up again, try clearing the data from TouchWiz. Go to the App Manager, select TouchWiz Home, and Clear Cache/Clear Data. When you go back to the homescreen, it will have reset to the default, so you'll have to arrange everything again--but hopefully, the notification bar won't be glitched out any more.

I was an ***** and screen shot a picture for my wallpaper but I didn't zoom in so the icons were not in the picture so it appeared that their were two sets of icons
