You can buy Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 or 12.2, they are old devices but still considered powerful. If you buy one, I wouldn't hold on receiving another massive firmware upgrade.

each of them are perfect for drawing with the S-Pen. I wish Samsung would release another Samsung Galaxy Note tablet, not the rumoured Galaxy Tab A 2016.

Buy Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, Pro or 12.2 if you want a tablet with a stylus which allows drawing, You could also consider the old Nvidia Shield Tablet from 2014 which is ideal as well.

The best drawing would be an illustration from a famous artist.
