Does anyone know what this notification icon this is?

There is an icon in the notification bar that doesn't have a notification when I pull down. It looks like a sideways house with 3 dots on it.

That's it. There is only so much room up there so when there are more icons then can be displayed, it shows that icon. It has three dots in it.
