Does anyone know when the 5x will get Marshmallow?

While I realize that it isn't officially released in the USA yet, I saw news that the Verizon LG G3 (a 2013 carrier device) is getting Marshmallow update already. I looked through many sites, but could not ascertain the date of the Marshmallow release for the 5X, other than it is forthcoming. For those of you not familiar with Verizon, they tend to not be the fastest carrier in the USA in getting out updates. In addition, one of the reasons touted for NOT getting a carrier specific phone (like the Verizon Moto E 2014 or Verizon Moto E 2015, both of which wont get Marshmallow at all) is the faster updates on non-carrier phones.

Guess I am just a little bit antsy...what about you.

There's a lot of chatter that it will get 6.0, EMUI 4.0 and regular security patches.... a lot of rumors point to 1/31 as when the 6.0 OTA will be released, which is the same day as it goes on sale at Amazon, right?
