Does anyone know where to get this app? i can't find it on the market and i herd its great for when you want to switch roms back and fourth.

Nandroid isn't an app.. basically it's a complete backup of your current ROM that is done through recovery. Always make sure you have a nandroid (backup) before flashing your first ROM or kernel, it's a backup in case anything happens...and it's an easy way to switch between ROM's.

First thing is you need to flash recovery, you can do it through ROM manager. Once you have recovery you can make a backup. Go into bootloader (power off then hold power and volume down at the same time) Scroll to recovery, once in recovery go to backup/restore and select backup. It will then make a full backup of your current ROM. You can also do it through ROM Manger, in the app there is a option for backup/restore, it's just always good to be familiar with doing it manually.
