Specifically near Kalamazoo or the Detroit Metro area? I ask because i want to know what your experience was with the data "dropage" and your signal. I have been dropping data and calls since i have had this phone and i would like to know if its just where i live, or if maybe i just have bad phone. I know most people have not had any issues so maybe if nobody in my area has the same issues, maybe its just my phone and ill exchange it.

Metro Detroit area - I haven't experienced any data problems. I was on 4G all weekend in Roseville and not a single problem with signal or dropped calls. I do live near Romeo and still no problems in my home for me.

I live in East Lansing, but am in Flint quite a bit. Unfortunately I can't speak to Kalamazoo or Detroit, but I have had zero problems with complete data drops and zero problems with dropped calls in East Lansing. My parents' house in Flint is the only place where I have ever had any sort of trouble, but we are in a very, very weak signal area. Subdivision in the middle of the woods, basically. Parts of our family room are voice and data dead zones, others are extremely weak 3G dead zones. LTE only reaches one corner of my upstairs bedroom.

Other than that, no real issues at all. 4G reverts back to 3G more on the Nexus than it did on my Thunderbolt, but I suspect that can be remedied with some software tweaks.

I live in St. Joseph (west of Kalamazoo) and we dont have 4G here but my 3G NEVER dropped off my nexus the entire time I used it.

Im from Gibraltar and i work in Livonia. At home i haven't dropped any calls but at work i had some dropped 4g data connections. In Trenton i have had some issues at times getting a 3g connection.

I live in northern Oakland county (Waterford).
I haven't had any dropped calls. I had issues on 12/28 when Verizon had their outage. But, other than that I haven't had anything severe like losing data for more than like 5 minutes at a time. I find that the data switching from after a phone call is when I have the most issues with data not connecting.

So were not land locked ;-)
Down in Ann Arbor and no issues.

Also, I can walk out my back door and fill my freezer with venison or drive just a couple miles and fill it with fresh walleye, perch or salmon.

I prefer taking random shots at Canadians across the border. I hear they're pretty tasty.

I live and work in macomb county. I have 4g at both places and haven't dropped any calls.

I'm just south of Grand Rapids. If you don't count the Network crashes, I haven't had a single data or dropped call issue. To be fair though, I have a tower just down the road from home, 4G pulls faster download than my Comcast cable internet. But no problems any other time.

Anyone near Lake City,Cadillac,Kingsley,Kalkaska,Buckley? Those are my stomping areas in Michigan.
The biggest city in that area though is Traverse City.
I haven't been there since getting my Nexus just curious how good the signal is way up in that part of Michigan.
