Well based on your stated habbits in the thread starting post, perhaps it's not for you. You use your device for rountine things that take less advantage of the faster rates and depending on your visual acuity it might not be noticable to you. There are people who appreciate it visually and by touch responsiveness. Some run apps that support it, and they appreciate and desire it on their device.That doesn't mean you notice it lol. That's probably the best way to notice the difference is to compare two devices.i bounce between the S10 and the pixel 4xl. definitely notice the difference. I've turned 90 hz off as well and it's noticeable for me. mainly when scrolling and app switching.
