So, like yesterday, my room was very cold. The air conditioner was so cold that even the ceramic floors were cold. So that night, I put my phone right on the direction the Air conditioner was bursting to. In the morning, I picked it up, it was soooo cold. Did this ruin my battery life permanently?

Most likely not but dont make a habit of that .

As long as the battery wasn't frozen, you're fine. It's not uncommon for people to store Li-ion batteries in a refrigerator to help extend their lifespan.

What he said. It's much worse to keep a phone in extremely hot conditions than in extremely cold conditions. Overheating will kill the battery quickly.
