Not any more than using any program of equivalent graphical and computational intensity would. Which is to say, not at all.

The only possible way you might would be if you OC'd your phone like crazy and let it get too hot. But it would probably become unstable and crash before it ever got to that point. Rule of thumb: software generally can't damage hardware.
