Does erasing data and clearing cache of play store erase the installed apps list?

This is what has happened to me. Do they come back or only show up when they update. New downloads are showing up just no old.

Earlier the play store was having issues. After it was fixed my apps didn't come back immediately. I went into settings and cleared the data for the Google play store. When I reopened it everything was fine and all my apps were backm

Same here just try clearing everything again then maybe reboot phone mines working finnaly again
