Does fast charging wear out the battery faster than slow charging?

I would think so. I only use fast charging if i need my phone charged in a hurry. I would think Fast charging puts more stress on the battery than slow charging.

true... but for phone hoarders like me, that's not a good thing. I've never sold old phones. I still have my Note 2, Note 3, Note 4, S3, S4, S5, Droid Charge, Galaxy Nexus and Galaxy Fascinate.(all Verizon phones) When one of them has a battery that goes bad, I just buy a spare battery and it's as good as new within 10 seconds. I currently use Note 5 daily with the S6 as a back-up that I keep in the car. Guess if those two batteries go bad, I'll either have to toss them in the trash or pay Samsung to replace the batterie$. :)

Just curious... why in the world would you keep all those old phones? Are you contemplating opening an Android museum?
