Does google email you when you remove a device?

I know you get an email when a device is added, but does google email you when you remove a device from the account (i.e. factory reset a pixel)?

No email. In the past it took several days or weeks for a device (one sold on perhaps) to not appear on your account anymore.
If it was just a Factory Reset I don't think it will suddenly disappear and then reappear.
