Does Honor 8 supports SIM Toolkit?

Here in Lithuania we use e.signature a lot (banking, payment, e. government, authentication and so on). So it's very important feature for me.

It has the SIM Toolkit app, but my SIM doesn't support it, so I can't test it out.
